GU CPA PC is a certified public accounting firm licensed by the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy and registered as an out-of-state CPA firm with the California Board of Accountancy, as required by law.

In New York, CPA services are provided through an affiliated sole proprietor CPA firm that is properly registered with the New York State Education Department.

Attest, assurance, and other regulated public accounting services requiring a CPA license are provided exclusively by GU CPA PC and the sole proprietor CPA firm, each being separately licensed and registered, depending on the client’s location and the specific services performed. 

ACCT TAX SOL LLC is not a CPA firm, and the services provided by this LLC are not regulated by any Board of Public Accountancy. While the firms are commonly owned, they operate as separate legal entities, and clients contract directly with the applicable CPA firm under a separate engagement agreement.
