Affiliated CPA Firm

Our CPA-licensed services are provided through affiliated certified public accounting firms that are separate legal entities from ACCT TAX SOL LLC.

GU CPA PC is a certified public accounting firm licensed by the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy and registered as an out-of-state CPA firm with the California Board of Accountancy, as required by law.

In New York, CPA services are provided through an affiliated sole proprietor CPA firm that is properly registered with the New York State Education Department.

All services that require a CPA license — including attest, assurance, and other regulated public accounting services — are provided exclusively by the appropriately licensed or registered CPA firms, depending on the client’s location and the services performed.

ACCT TAX SOL LLC is not a CPA firm, and the services provided by this LLC are not regulated by any Board of Public Accountancy. While the firms are commonly owned, they operate as separate legal entities, and clients contract directly with the applicable CPA firm under a separate engagement agreement.
